It will be finalized after the fees for registration, accommodation and course requests are deposited to the relevant accounts and the receipts and registration-accommodation request are sent via e-mail to [email protected]

If you request payment by credit card, the mail order form will be sent to you by e-mail by the meeting secretariat.

Services Included in the Meeting Registration Fee:

• Participation in the scientific program.

• Meeting materials (name badge, pocket program, program booklet, certificate of attendance).

• Visiting the exhibition and booth areas organized by the companies and participating in company activities.

• Participation in satellite symposiums.

• 3 nights, breakfast

• Lunch and coffee breaks to be taken between 4-5 October are included in the accommodation fee.

• VAT will be added the prices

Transportation

• Airport Transfer Fee: 200 €

• This transfer fee will be made collectively as arrival October 3, 2024 and return on October 6, 2024.

• Valid for airport - hotel - Airport transfers.

• If you have a private transfer or transfer request outside of these dates, you should contact SOLO EVENT.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

• Cancellation from contract signature to 90 days before the first day of the event: there will be a penalty of 30% (same as deposit paid)

• Cancellation from 89 days and 30 days before the first day of the event: there will be a penalty of 60% (same as deposit paid)

• Cancellation from 29 days and 8 days before the first day of the event: there will be a penalty of 80% (same as deposit paid)

• Cancellation from 7 days and the first day of the event: there will be a penalty of 100% (same as total prepayment)

• All requests must be submitted to the organization firm in writing.

• All refunds will be made after the meeting.

• In case our meeting is postponed to 2024 or another year due to Covid-19 or another global pandemic, or is held virtually, the total amount paid by the company will be deducted from the total amount of sponsorship to be made over the current prices determined for the meeting to be held. In case the company cancels its participation, the cancellation conditions of that day will be applied.
